Nedenstående betingelser gælder for alle køb af varer på www.dk.orlowatches.com, som tilhører ORLO Aps, Nørreskovvej 37, DK-5700 Svendborg, Danmark, CVR: 37907006 (herefter ORLO).

Disse handelsbetingelser accepteres af kunden i forbindelse med afgivelse af ordrer og vil endvidere til enhver tid være tilgængelige på ORLO’s online shop. Læs dem venligst grundigt. Vi håber, du får en god oplevelse i vores online butik.

PRISER OG BETALING

Alle opgivne DKK priser er inkl. moms, p.t. 25%. Vi forbeholder os ret til at ændre priser på hjemmesiden med øjeblikkelig virkning. Forsendelsesomkostninger ved levering i Danmark beløber sig til 70 kr. For priser for levering uden for Danmark henvises til det pågældende lands website. 

ORLO modtager betaling med Dankort, Visa, Visa-Dankort, MasterCard og JCB. Når du afgiver din ordre, bliver pengene reserveret på din konto. Betaling vil først blive trukket på din konto, når vi afsender varen.

SIKKERHED VED BETALING

ORLO krypterer alle dine kortoplysninger med den såkaldte SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protokol. Det betyder, at uvedkommende ikke kan aflæse dit kortnummer eller andre informationer under transaktionen med DIBS, som varetager betalinger for køb. Bemærk også, at siden, hvor du giver dine kortoplysninger, ser anderledes ud end resten af butikken. Dette skyldes krav fra DIBS om, at siden skal være sikker og oplysningerne krypterede.

KUNDESERVICE

Du kan bestille online på det tidspunkt af døgnet, du ønsker. ORLO håndterer bestillinger mandag til torsdag 9:00 - 16:00, fredag 9:00 - 15:30. Bestillinger, der er foretaget uden for dette tidsrum, bliver håndteret den følgende hverdag.

LEVERING

ORLO sørger for levering med Post Nord med mindre andet angives til en modtager i Danmark. Levering sker på den leveringsadresse, du har oplyst ved bestilling. 

Du kan forvente at modtage din bestilling inden for 3-4 arbejdsdage, når vi har varen på lager. Da ORLO ikke kan garantere lokale udbringningsforhold, kan ORLO ikke med sikkerhed angive, hvornår varen leveres på kundens/modtagers adresse. I tilfælde hvor den ønskede vare ikke er på lager på bestillingstidspunktet, vil vi kontakte dig på tlf. eller e-mail for at aftale nærmere.

Som forbruger har du ret til at hæve købet, såfremt varen er forsinket i forhold til det aftalte.

Fra dk.orlowatches.com leverer vi udelukkende i Danmark og ikke til Færøerne, Grønland og udlandet. For levering til andre lande end Danmark, kan du skifte land ved at vælge det ønskede land i menuen. Du finder dit korrekte land ved at trykke på ORLO DENMARK nederst til venstre i menuen. Vælg herefter det ønskede land i drop-down feltet.

Vi forsikrer alle forsendelser mod bortkomst og skade, mens de er i transit fra ORLO til modtager-adressen. Så snart der er kvitteret for forsendelsen på den aftalte adresse, bortfalder forsikringen. Hvis din pakke er beskadiget ved ankomst, anbefaler vi, at du laver en anmærkning om, at du modtager en skadet pakke, når du kvitterer for forsendelsen.

FORTRYDELSESRET

Du har ret til at fortryde dit køb inden for 14 dage uden begrundelse. Fortrydelsesretten udløber 14 dage efter, varerne er modtaget.

For at gøre brug af fortrydelsesretten skal du meddele os utvetydigt, at du ønsker at fortryde dit køb, f.eks. ved brev eller e-mail. Du kan ikke blot undlade at tage imod pakken eller lade være med at hente den på posthuset. Du kan benytte den returformular, der følger med forsendelsen, men det er ikke obligatorisk.

Hvis du vælger at fortryde et køb, skal du returnere varen til os. Du hæfter for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varernes art, egenskaber og den måde, de fungerer på. Da varens emballage, herunder eksempelvis æsker til uret og andet, har betydning ved gensalg af varen, vil det udgøre en værdiforringelse, såfremt emballagen er beskadiget eller ikke sendes med retur. Du bærer risikoen for, at varen er forsvarligt emballeret under returforsendelsen.
Du skal returnere varerne uden unødig forsinkelse og senest 14 dage fra den dato, hvor du har informeret os om, at du vil fortryde dit køb.

Vi betaler returfragten, når du benytter den vedlagte, forudbetalte returlabel, hvorved du også er forsikret, såfremt pakken skulle gå tabt i posten. Husk at få posthusets kvittering ved afsendelse. Returvarer sendes som postpakker via Post Nord. Hvis du selv ønsker at stå for forsendelsen, skal du være opmærksom på at returnere varen som værdipakke, hvis varens værdi overstiger DKK 4.800. Herved er du som kunde også forsikret, såfremt pakken skulle gå tabt i posten. Hvis du i tilfælde af, at pakken går tabt, ikke har sendt den som postpakke/værdipakke, kan du ikke kræve erstatning af Post Nord. Bemærk, at vi ikke modtager pakker sendt pr. efterkrav.

Når du fortryder et køb, refunderer vi betalingen til din konto hurtigst muligt og senest 14 dage efter, vi har modtaget din meddelelse om, at du ønsker at fortryde. Vi kan dog tilbageholde tilbagebetalingen, indtil vi har modtaget varerne retur, eller du har sendt os dokumentation for, at varerne er returneret. Refusion sker til det betalingskort, ordren er gennemført med.

KØBELOVEN

I tillæg til ovenstående har du som kunde 2 års reklamationsret i tilfælde af mangler i overensstemmelse med Købelovens almindelige bestemmelser.

BYTTERET

Ønsker du at bytte en vare, du har købt, betaler ORLO returfragten som beskrevet ovenfor for første ombytning. Skal en vare byttes flere gange, f.eks. i forbindelse med forkert størrelse, betaler du selv fragten for efterfølgende ombytninger.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (EU)

The terms and conditions listed below apply to all purchases of products in the online shop at www.eu.orlowatches.com / www.se.orlowatches.com / www.no.orlowatches.com  belonging to ORLO Aps, Nørreskovvej 37, DK-5700 Svendborg, Denmark, Business Registration Number: 37907006 (hereinafter ORLO). These Terms and Conditions and any purchase agreement entered into on the site are subject to Danish law.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions, which will at all times be accessible in the ORLO’s online shop. Please read them thoroughly. We hope you will enjoy using our online shop.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in EUR, SEK or NOK and include Danish VAT, currently 25%, applicable to all purchases made on this site for delivery within the European Union. We reserve the right to change our prices with immediate effect and without prior notice.

The shipping charges for delivery within the European Union are EUR 15. Free shipping may be offered in connection with campaigns. Shipping charges will be listed on the checkout pages and in the order confirmation that you will receive via e-mail.

ORLO accepts payment with the following cards: VISA, MasterCard and JCB. When you place an order, the payment total will be reserved on your account, but the money will not be deducted from your account until we ship your order.

SAFE PAYMENT

ORLO encrypts all of your card data with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information transmitted during the transaction with DIBS, who handles payments for purchases made on orlowatches.com. Note that the page where you provide your payment information looks different from the rest of the shop. This is due to the requirement from DIBS that the page must be secure and the information encrypted.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

You can order online at any time you wish. The ORLO staff processes orders Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 16:00, Friday 9:00 - 15:30 Central European Time. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the following business day.

DELIVERY

ORLO will ship the goods via UPS (unless otherwise indicated) to a recipient in the European Union, exclusive of Denmark. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. To ship to the above countries or to countries outside the European Union, change the county in the menu. Use the country selector in the lower left-hand side of the menu. Hereafter choose the desired country in the drop-down menu.

You can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days when we have the item in stock. As ORLO cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, ORLO cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address. In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase order if the delivery is delayed in relation to the applicable agreement.

We insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from ORLO to the recipient address. As soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed address, the insurance will lapse. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you are receiving a damaged package when signing for the shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without explanation. The right of withdrawal lapses 14 days after receipt of the goods.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us unambiguously that you wish to withdraw, e.g. by letter or e-mail. You cannot simply choose not to receive/sign for the package upon delivery. You may use the return form that is enclosed with your package, but this is not obligatory.

If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must return the product to us. You will be liable for any deterioration in the product's value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the products' nature, characteristics and method of functioning. Since the product's packaging, such as boxes for watches and other items, is important for possible resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be deemed to be a deterioration in its value. You assume the risk of ensuring that the product is packaged responsibly when it is returned.

You must return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to withdraw.

If you wish to arrange for return shipping yourself, then you pay the return shipping cost. Remember to duly insure the shipment so that you may claim compensation from the shipping provider if your package is lost in transit.

We will pay for the return shipping cost provided that you follow the below procedure. Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery.

Products should be returned via UPS. Send an e-mail to Customer Service at [email protected] with the subject line:

“Return/Exchange of order number xxxxxxxxx (insert your order number which can be found on your Order Confirmation)”.

We will contact you and arrange for pick-up by UPS. We will make sure that the relevant paperwork is completed and that UPS collects the package during normal working hours at a place convenient to you. Alternatively we can e-mail you a freight label and you can drop off the package at the nearest UPS store.

When you cancel a purchase we will refund your payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification that you wish to withdraw. We can, however, withhold the refund until we have received the return product or you have provided us with documentation showing that the product has been returned. If you follow the above procedure for returning with UPS via our Customer Service, you meet this requirement.

Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made.

These return instructions are also included on the return form that is included with your package.

THE DANISH SALE OF GOODS ACT

In addition to the above, as a customer you are protected by a 2 year warranty for defects in accordance with the general provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange a product you purchased, ORLO will pay the return shipping cost as described above for the first exchange. If a product is to be exchanged multiple times, e.g. if the size is wrong, you must pay the shipping costs for any additional exchange.

In the lower part of the return form that is included with your package, you can specify why and to what you want the product exchanged.

ORLO collects data about you in different ways in connection with your use of www.eu.orlowatches.com / www.se.orlowatches.com / www.no.orlowatches.com. A complaint concerning a product or service purchased from ORLO may be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Consumer Complaints Board, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, DK-2500 Valby. You can submit your complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board via www.forbrug.dk, where you can also read more about minimum amounts, fees, process, etc.

The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU member state than Denmark. Complaints can be filed at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. On filing a complaint, you must state our e-mail address: [email protected]
